Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 24, 2026
Forsig is building a human intervention API for AI agents. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit our website, join the waitlist, use referral features, contact us, or participate in the private beta.
Who We Are
Forsig is operated by the Forsig team. You can reach us through the contact page.
Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your email address, name, company, role, use case, preferred approval channel, expected approval volume, contact messages, referral code, and referral invite recipients.
If you participate in the private beta, Forsig may process account information and intervention workflow data submitted by you, your team, or your agents. This may include agent names, run IDs, task descriptions, proposed actions, risk categories, context fields, review status, human decisions, edited instructions, timestamps, reviewer metadata, communication channel metadata, and audit logs.
We also collect technical and analytics information needed to operate the beta, such as pages visited, UTM parameters, referrer, browser and device information, viewport size, request metadata, timestamps, and basic server logs.
Escalation Context
Forsig uses intervention context to provide the human review workflow. Users are responsible for deciding what task, proposed action, and context their agents send to Forsig. During private beta, you should avoid sending secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
Communication Channels
The private beta starts with a web approval inbox. Slack and email workflows are planned, and future integrations may include WhatsApp, Discord, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools. If enabled, Forsig may process the metadata necessary to send approval requests and receive reviewer decisions through those channels.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the waitlist, send confirmation and referral emails, respond to messages, prioritize beta access, provide intervention workflows, return decisions to agents, maintain audit trails, detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve Forsig, and communicate with you about the product.
Emails And Referrals
When you join the waitlist, we may email you confirmation, product updates, launch information, and beta access details. If you invite someone by referral, we send the invite email to the addresses you enter and include your email address as the inviter. If someone accepts your referral, we may notify you.
Analytics And Service Providers
We use service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, analytics, DNS, and related infrastructure. These may include Vercel, Supabase or another Postgres provider, Resend, PostHog, and similar vendors. We use analytics to understand website usage, conversion events, referral performance, and product interest.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers, when required by law, to protect Forsig or users, to prevent abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or business transfer.
Retention
We keep waitlist, contact, referral, and beta workflow information for as long as needed to operate Forsig, evaluate product interest, communicate with users, maintain audit trails, and comply with legal or operational obligations. You can ask us to delete your information.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or opt out of non-essential emails through the contact page.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. Forsig is in private beta, and no system is perfectly secure. Security questions can be sent through the contact page.
International Users
Forsig may process information in countries other than where you live. By using Forsig, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed by our infrastructure and service providers.
Changes
We may update this policy as Forsig changes. The updated date above will show when the policy was last revised.
