Terms of Service
Last updated: May 24, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Forsig website, waitlist, referral features, public demo, contact forms, and private beta services. By using Forsig, you agree to these Terms.
What Forsig Provides
Forsig provides human intervention workflow software for autonomous AI agents. The product is designed to let agents pause before risky actions, ask a human for a decision, and resume with an auditable response.
Private Beta
Forsig is an early-stage private beta. Features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, pricing, availability, or any specific feature.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your agents, prompts, workflows, actions, decisions, users, integrations, and the context you send to Forsig. Human approval decisions are your responsibility. Forsig does not guarantee that every unsafe, incorrect, expensive, or unwanted action will be detected or escalated.
Acceptable Use
You must not use Forsig to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse referral or email systems, attack infrastructure, bypass platform rules, or process data you are not authorized to process.
You must not submit illegal, harmful, highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential data unless you have the legal right and proper safeguards to do so.
Third-Party Platforms
Forsig may integrate with communication tools such as Slack, email, WhatsApp, Discord, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms in the future. You are responsible for complying with all third-party platform terms and for configuring those tools appropriately.
No Professional Advice
Forsig is software infrastructure. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, compliance, security, or accounting advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether Forsig is appropriate for your workflows.
Referrals
Referral links and codes are intended for genuine invitations. You may not use referrals for spam, deceptive promotion, automated abuse, or unauthorized email campaigns. We may remove, ignore, or limit referrals that appear abusive.
Intellectual Property
Forsig, including its name, design, code, website content, documentation, and product concepts, is owned by Forsig or its licensors. You may not copy or misuse Forsig branding or materials except as allowed by us in writing.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. Please do not submit information you consider confidential unless we have a separate written agreement.
Disclaimers
Forsig is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, especially during beta. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific integrations, or that every risky agent action will be prevented.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forsig will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, workflow errors, agent actions, third-party platform issues, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of Forsig.
Termination
You may stop using Forsig at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, abuse the service, or if continued access is no longer practical during beta.
